Resource Development Associates ZLD

Elemental Reactor

Using the principles of physics to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) (without reliance on chemical or biological processes, Reverse Osmosis (RO), or evaporator technology), this option efficiently recovers clean, recyclable water from wastewater and elements from toxic compounds, conforming to ZDHC norms. The system is effective in removing heavy metals and hazardous chemicals from even the most contaminated water streams, all while maintaining a low carbon footprint and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Low Temperature Evaporator

Low temperature evaporation and high pressure systems recover & recycle high quality, clean water from any type of wastewater in a single step, closed loop system and is based on mechanical vapor recompression. The system operates without use of external heat sources (i.e. boiler, turbine, cooling water etc.) thus eliminating the need for a heat generation unit (Fossil & Non-Fossil Fuel Boilers) and heat rejection unit (Condenser and Cooling Tower).
