So, what is "ZLD"?
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is quickly becoming the new industry standard approach to industrial water management. These innovative systems recover, purify, and reuse nearly all process water on-site — eliminating the need for off-site wastewater disposal or discharge to public systems.
RDA deploys advanced ZLD technologies that integrate highly efficient, low temperature evaporation & mechanical vapor recompression for maximum water reuse with minimal energy demand.
Where You'll See Impact
Water Intake Costs
Recycle up to 95–98% of process water, reducing water intake costs by around 80%.
Compliance & Risk
Eliminate NPDES permitting concerns, violations, and environmental liabilities for total regulatory peace of mind.
Discharge Costs
Virtually eliminate sewer, discharge, and hauling costs, cutting expenses by 95–98%.
Operational Resiliency
Safeguard operations against water scarcity, supply interruptions, and regulatory tightening through on-site water reuse and resource independence.
Chemical Costs
Eliminate the need for chemical coagulation, neutralization, and sludge treatment, removing 100% of chemical treatment costs.
ESG Performance
Reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions associated with water transport and treatment while supporting supply chain adherence, tier compliance, and contract security for sustainability-driven clients and partners.
Our Systems
Our Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems are engineered to your operation for maximum efficiency, sustainability, and long-term resilience. Whether your priority is reducing wastewater, environmental compliance, or maximizing resource recovery, a ZLD system delivers measurable results, allowing you to recycle your water, drastically reducing your purchasing and discharge expenses.
Unlike traditional wastewater treatment, our systems eliminate the need for costly chemicals and biological agents, lowering operational expenses even further, reducing secondary pollutants, and keeping waterways cleaner. The result? A highly sustainable, cost-effective approach to industrial water management.

Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) & Low-Temp Evaporation
Low temperature evaporation and high pressure systems recover & recycle high quality, clean water from any type of wastewater in a single step, closed loop system. The system operates without use of external heat sources (i.e. boiler, turbine, cooling water etc.) thus eliminating the need for a heat generation unit (Fossil & Non-Fossil Fuel Boilers) and heat rejection unit (Condenser and Cooling Tower).
