Resource Development Associates was founded in 2005 by Rich DuPont. After a 30-year career and retirement as Vice President from a leading precision manufacturing firm in Connecticut, Rich's passion for energy management and workforce development led to the formation of RDA.
Under his guidance, Rich redefined energy management & workforce strategies, successfully curbing costs and generating exceptional results. Drawing from his proven approach, RDA emerged with a clear purpose: to empower diverse commercial & industrial businesses to thrive.
